Kundapur: JMFC Court in Kundapur has handed over to police custody all the seven accused who have been arrested in connection with the RTI activist Vasudeva Adiga murder case.
The court has entrusted the prime suspect Ramesh Bairi, Mohan Kumar, Subrahmanya Udupa and Ravichandra to police custody till February 1 while others namely Umesh, Naveen and Raghavendra were entrusted to custody till January 31.
Earlier, the police had appealed to the court seeking to hand them over to their custody in the backdrop of suspicion that they were trying to mislead investigation by hiding facts and by giving false address.
