Udupi: All the accused of businessman Bhaskar Shetty murder case are remanded for judicial custody till September 6.

As the CID custody of Shrinivas Bhat and Raghavendra ended on Wednesday, they were produced before the court. Court ordered for the judicial custody of these two accused. So, these two will be produced to court along with Niranjan Bhat, Rajeshwari and Navneet on September 6.

As Shrinivas Bhat is suffering from heart related problems, court has ordered the prosecution to provide necessary treatment.

As the bail applications of Raghavendra and Shrinivas Bhat were rejected in the previous hearing, their lawyer will apply for bail in higher court soon.
