Moodabidiri: Veteran artist G L N Simha is felicitated with Alva’s Chitrasiri award and renowned photographer T N A Perumal was felicitated with Alva’s Chayachitrasiri award during the valedictory ceremony of Alva’s drawing camp organised at V S Acharya hall at VIdyagiri on Sunday.

Assistant Commissioner of Bengaluru Commissionerate Mahantesh Kunti, speaking on the occasion said that Dr Mohan Alva is doing the job which should have been done by the government. A art gallery should be formed to display the drawings which were drawn during the camp.

Dr M Mohan Alva said that the institution is trying to build creativity among the students by involving them in various events.

Famous photographer Astro Mohan, Camp advisory committee member Koti Prasad Alva, Purushottham Adve and others were present.
