Moodabidiri: Alva’s College’s girls basket ball team won the state level basketball championship for the second consecutive time in Bengaluru.

In the league and semi-final matches Alva’s U-16 category girls team beat Mandya DYSS team by 38-22 and Beagal Club Bengaluru by 28-27.

In a toe crushing finals Alva’s team succeeded in beating the Kreedashale Vidyanagar team by 37-35 points and emerged as the champions.
