Moodabidiri: Alva’s College have bagged twin championships in state level Ball Badminton championship organised by PU Education Board and Bengaluru, PU Board Utthara Kannada at Karawar.

In the final of the championship Alva’s College men’s team defeated Kodagu’s Madimaadeshwari College by 29-6 and 29-4 and bagged the championship.

Alva’s women’s team defeated Hassan’s Ramanathpura College by 20-1 and 20-3 to lift the trophy.

Alva’s College have qualified for the National level Ball Badminton Chanpionship which will be held at Telangana.
