Mangaluru: National President of BJP Amit Shah inaugurated ‘Freedom-70’ at district BJP office by planting a sapling, on Sunday.

After the inauguration a brief meeting was held at BJP office, PVS Circle with the BJP leaders.

Later, he flagged off the ‘Tiranga Yatra’, bike rally at Pumpwell Circle. He was accompanied by MP Nalin Kumar Kateel. All the riders strictly followed the traffic rules.

Strict directions were given by MP Nalin Kumar Kateel regarding following the traffic rules including helmets for both riders.

Union Minister D V Sadananda Gowda, State BJP President B S Yeddyurappa, MLA C T Ravi and others were present.
