Mangaluru: ‘Cornea Andhatva Mukt Bharat Campaign’ was inaugurated at Nayana Netralaya by MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, on Sunday.

Nalin Kumar Kateel became the first MP to sign the approval letter to donate his eyes.

After signing the consent form Nalin said that ‘Andhatva Mukt Bharat Campaign’ is a dream project of PM Narendra Modi. Every citizen of India should join their hands with PM by donating their eyes and should make this campaign successful one.

“Eye donation is the only way to see the world even after our death. By donating our eyes we can bring light in someone’s dark world,” he said.

Dr Annayya Kulal, while informing about the campaign said that their team will attend every public gathering and deliver the message of eye donation. The organisation will try its level best to make this campaign a successful one.

Dr Vishnu Prabhu, Dr Annayya Kulal, Dr Bharat Shetty, Jitendra Kottary, Annayya Kulal, Monappa Bhandary and others were present.
