Mangaluru : The bail petition of Anil Lobo, Chairman of MCC Bank and accused in a high-profile case, is scheduled to be heard on 27th December by the Honorable III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mangalore.
Anil Lobo was arrested on 18th December under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Samhita, in connection with abetting of suicide of late Manohar Pierera that has garnered significant public and media attention.
