Mangalore: Arya Sammelan organized at the Arya Samaj in Mangalore on August 26, Sunday was inaugurated by Ganesh S Rao, Founder President of Karavali Group of educational institutions.

Speaking on the occasion, he said India was flourishing as a major  power in the world despite several problems and added India would continue to shine even in the future.

Dr Venkatesh, Arya Samaj President who presided over the function, said Arya Samaj accepted all dharmas.

R. Krishnamurthy, Kushala Neralakatte and Madhusudan  spoke on Maharshi Dayananda Saraswati and the Arya Samaj, Vedic Dharma  and Arya Samaj as an organization, respectively.

Bhavani Shanker, a senior most member of Arya Samaj was honoured on the occasion. Dinaker Shetty, District President of Arya Samaj,  Padmanabha Rao, Honorary President, Purushottam Arya, Secretary  and others were present on the occasion.
