Udupi: The Atalji Janasnehi Kendra was inaugurated at Udupi Taluk office on December 25, Tuesday by Udupi MLA Raghupathi Bhat.

Speaking on the occasion, Bhat said the public can enjoy good facilities if government officials discharged their duties with dedication. He described Atal Bihari Vajpayee as one of the greatest leaders the nation has seen. He hoped the Janasnehi Kendra would live upto the expectations of the people.

Dr MT Reju, Deputy Commissioner, presided over the function. Katapady Shanker Poojari, former president of Zilla Panchayat, Kumar, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Gowry Poojari, TP Chief, Bharathi Chandrashekhar, CMC Vice President and others were present on the occasion.
