I will visit Ayodhya to participate in the programme. We are confident that all preparatory work will be completed on time. We are also confident that the ‘prana prathishte’ and pujas will also commence as per schedule.”
Speaking to reporters on Friday he said, the work of Sri Ram Mandir is progressing and its platform was constructed using the stones sent from Karnataka. It has been decided that the prathista rituals of the temple should be held in January 2024 in the beginning of ‘Uttarayana’ kala.
The seer added, “We are confident that all preparatory works will be completed as per schedule. We are also confident that the ‘prana prathishte’ and pooja rituals will also be commenced as per schedule.”
Further, on ‘Shivling’ found inside Gyanvapi mosque at Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, he said, “It is a matter of pride for all that the Shivling was found. This has proved that our faith and those references found in our ancient scriptures have turned out to be true. Not this alone, all other temples, which are encroached upon, should also be vacated. Through this, Sanatana Dharma and Indian culture will triumph. All these developments are taking place through courts and this will lead to harmony in society. Hence, all of us should welcome this and no one should enter into any conflict over it.”
