New Delhi: The Supreme Court has ordered a postponement of the Lucknow bench verdict on Ram Janam Bhoomi by a week. The SC will hear the case on Sept. 28, Tuesday again.
Ayodhya has become a sensitive issue as the date of pronouncing the verdict on Sunday (Sept.24) got nearer. The SC will check-up what came first, a Temple or a Masjid in the area known as Ram janam Bhoomi to the Hindus. The title suit case has prolonged.
A private petition to the SC requested to postpone the verdict on Sept 24 in vies of communal tension building up, leading to possible violence between Hindus and Muslims in India.
State and Central govts, have repeatedly appealed to public peace prior to delivering the Ayodhya verdict.
Holidays canceled: The two days holidays on Sept 24 and 25 declared by govt of Karnataka stand cancelled in view of the deferment of Ayodhya verdict by about a week, according to latest News reports.
