Mangalore: Speaking at the St.Aloysius College B.Ed. course annual day celebrations, as the Chief Guest, Father Clement Mascarenhas, Principal at Permannur, of St.Sebastian PU College, stated on Friday, that Teachers want to play on musical chords with multiple notes, and they create music put of raw material entrusted to them in classes. He praised the teachers for their efforts in shaping young minds. He asked B.Ed. students to commit themselves to the cause of effective education.
Rector Fr. Joseph Rodrigues in a presidential address compared teachers to lamps that light of the lives of their students. The 3 rank-holders of 2010 annual exams under Mangalore Varsity were facilitated on the occasion. Sister Irene Crasta was one of them.
