Mangalore : Bahrain Kannada Sangha celebrates `Bahrain Kannadotsava’ in a grand manner at Town Hall in Mangalore on August 3, Sunday.
Speaking after inaugurating the event, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said that the Kannada speaking people residing in Bahrain organize such events in various places in Karnataka, which shows their love and respect towards culture and language.
State fisheries and youth minister Abhayachandra Jain said that such kind of programmes will encourage the youths in protecting the culture, hence further government will provide help in required manner. The effort of Bahrain Kannadigas is tremendous.
Yashwanth Sardeshpande of Guru Institute, Hubli welcomed the guests and gathering and Manohar Prasad and Chetana Hegde compered the program.
