Moodbidri : A bakery businessman reportedly ended his life by consuming poison on April 5, Tuesday at Moodukonaje near.

The deceased is Roshan R Suvarna. He was the partner of a bakery named Abbakka which was inaugurated in Moodbidri on Ugadi day on April 2. Film star Vijaya Raghavendra had inaugurated the new outlet.

On Tuesday, Roshan was at the bakery till 11 am and had later returned home. Later he committed suicide in his under construction house.

The reason behind the extreme step is not known. Moodbidri police have registered a case.
