Mangaluru: The prime accused of RTI activist Baliga murder, Naresh Shenoy refuses to undergo narco analysis procedure in the court.

The investigating officer had filed an application seeking permission to subject Shenoy to narco analysis, polygraph, and brain mapping tests to gather more information regarding the case.

According to the law an accused cannot be subjected to narco analysis without his permission. After implementing this provision it is noted that the rate of narco analysis has been decreased.

In a similar case in the city, a double murder case accused had agreed for the narco tests, but the accused are not been subjected to these tests so far.
