Mangaluru: The court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of RTI acitivist Vinayak Baliga murder case prime accused Naresh Shenoy.

Second additional sessions court had took the argument of Naresh’s bail plea on Tuesday, but denied to grant the bail.

He was arrested three months after the murder took place. He was absconding since the murder happened.

His anticipatory bail pleas were got rejected by the court several time. He also approached high court for the anticipatory bail.

Until seven people have been arrested in the case, and out of them Manju Nireeshwalya and Shailesh has secured bail.

Banta Shiva and Shreekanth’s bail plea are yet to be considered by the court.
