Mangalore: The MBA faculty held ‘Insignia-2012’ on Thursday(March 15) morning, at the Beeri campus of Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology(AIMIT).
Vishal Hegde of Nitte group was chief guest. After the inaugural ceremony, he addressed the students of Technology, stressing on 3 Key qualities, according to him, that any manager should possess, to achieve Success: get along with people, work hard, and think independently like an entrepreneur.
Vishal was nostalgic about his student days and added that 3 generations of Nitte family were well educated at St. Aloysius’ College. People who move out of the college realised its true worth afterwards.
Speaking on the theme, Fr. Oswald M., said seven different games of the event would be specific to industry and not to any traditional departmentalised approach that does not see the wood for trees in it.
The concept of integration in various disciplines of management will save the topic of Blue Oceanic Quest.
Fr. Denzil Lobo, AIMIT director, echoed support to Fr. Oswald Mascarenhas. He wanted the youth to think and be creative.
