Bengaluru : The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has been facing a lot of criticism recently from daily commuters for a wide range of issues. In one such case a commuter on Tuesday, August 27 complained that a BMTC conductor refused to issue a ticket despite collecting the bus fare.
Taking to Twitter Lakshmi Biradar, a Bengaluru-based techie said that BMTC conductor refused to give the ticket and when she asked him again he began to abuse her.
In her tweet, Lakshmi said that she did not get any update from BMTC for a similar complaint lodged a few months ago.
” Today again same incident with BMTC conductor. He refused to give a ticket. Wen asked twice he in fact abused me and then handed over the ticket. Last time complaint was BMTCC10229678 and don’t know what happened to it @BMTC_BENGALURU take action at least this time KA01 F9515,” tweeted Lakshmi.
