Kaup: “Businessman Bhaskar Shetty case is progressing in a right path under CID. We hope that CID is investigating the case without any pressure from anyone. If we didn’t get justice from CID then, the case will be transferred to CBI by pressurising Sushma Swaraj,” said International Human Rights Commission Woman President Geetha Bhaskar Shetty.

She was speaking to the reporters after meeting slain Bhaskar Shetty’s mother Gulabi Shetty at her residence, on Monday.

“I have spoken to the family members regarding the further course of action. We have also heard that the accused are being safe guarded. If necessary the human rights commission will file a complaint at High Court. Punishing the culprits is the main intention,” she said.

She further said that people are spreading various gossips regarding the case. After receiving complaint from State President Rohit Kumar Kateel and National President Chandrakant More, a delegation has visited the family member of Bhaskar Shetty. The delegation will submit a report to the National president.
