Udupi: Prime accused of business man Bhaskar Shetty murder case, Bhaskar Shetty’s son Navneet Shetty has been sent to police custody for next two days, on Monday.

Other accused along with Navneet’s judicial custody was ended on September 19, Rajeshwari, Navneet, Shrinivas and Raghavendra were produced before the court.

During the court proceeding CID SP Yadav Martin was also present. The accused were produced by CID DySP Chandrashekhar.

Public prosecutor sought the CID custody of Navneet Shetty for net six days. On the health grounds, accused lawyer Arun Shetty objected the CID custody. During the proceedings Arun said that Navneet is suffering from Asthma.

After the hearing the court ordered for the CID custody of Navneet for next teo days i.e. till September 21 and judicial custody for Rajeshwari, Shrinivas Bhat and raghavendra for till October 3.
