Mangalore : RSS leader of the west coast, Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat, speaking in a press meet on Wednesday November 6 at its place welcome the Sowjanya murder case probe handed over to CBI . He said such probe by CBI would be impartial and should have been taken up much earlier , as one year has already passed without any developments in regard to catching the culprits whoever  they may be .

He  criticized the “Shaadibhagya “scheme as limited to Muslim  girls only,  and wanted the benefits of the scheme to be extended to all poor girls of other communities as well in the whole state by the Karnataka Government.

He hoped that with a CBI probe on Sowjanya case, all such dirty incidence would come to and end in the state. He also expected the ruling Congress Government to do Social justice to the girls of non-Muslim communities of marriageable age by giving them the gift of Shaadibhagya  without further delay.
