Bantwal: A bike hit the barrier wall of the B C Road overpass resulting into the death of the bike driver on Monday night.

Varadesh (35) is the deceased person. He was a resident of Panemangaluru.

After hitting the walls Vardesh was thrown out of the bike and he fell down from the overpass. He was seriously injured and rushed to a private hospital at Mangaluru.

It is said that over speed of the biker is the reason behind the incident.

He was working as a electrician in foreign country and he had came to his village for the funeral of his father.

Bantwal traffic police have registered a case.
