Mangaluru: A memorandum was submitted to Police Commissioner Chandra Sekhar by the BJP members and Karavali Sanskrithika Parishat, regarding taking strict action against the person who has posted offensive comments on Kateel Durga Parameshwari and Sita from Ramayana, on Tuesday.

Karavali Sanskrithika Parishat members and BJP members submitted separate memorandum, with same demand to arrest and punish the person who has disturbed the religious emotions of Hindus.

A person in the name of Jabbar B C Road had posted dome indecent comment on Hindu goddess and mentioned the names of Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat, Pramod Muthalik and Sharan Pumpwell.
