Karkala : Maurice Mendonca, BJP Minorities Morcha President of Karkala, met a tragic end in a road mishap at Chennarayapatna in Hassan on December 4, Tuesday. Maurice died on the spot when his car hit against a stationed bus without its indicator lights on. Maru, a friend of Maurice who was in the car sustained minor injuries.The car was badly damaged in the mishap.

The accident took place when Maurice whose marriage was to take place on December 31 was on his way to the girl’s house to give the invitation card.

Maurice hailed from Jogulabettu in Karkala.
