Mangaluru: Dr.P.Dayananda Pai-P.Sathisha Pai Government First Grade College Mangalore, Carstreet, Youth Red Cross Unit, Rangers and Rovers in association with Lions, Lioness & Leo Club Mangaluru had organized a blood donation camp.

Lion Nagesh Kumar inaugurated the camp and Lion Vijayavishnu Mayya was the chief guest of the program. This program was presided by the college principal Prof. Rajshekar Hebbar C. Vice-Principal Dr.Shivarama P. was also present.

Inaugurating the even Lion Nagesh Kumar has said “Blood Donation is one of the greatest donations and its plays a vital role in saving the lives of the people during the emergency. Students should make best use of such camps and be role model for the society.”

Youth Red Cross coordinator Dr. Mahesh K.B., Rovers coordinator Dr.Shailarani B and Ranger coordinator Prof. Purushothama Bhat N. were present on the occasion. Sandhya compered the program and Pooja delivered the vote of thanks. Around 80 students donated blood.
