Mangalore: BTV cameramen Nagesh (35) died at KMC Hospital in Mangalore on Sunday night after a short illness.

Nagesh has worked as a cameraman on Namma TV, Janashree Channel and currently works in the BTV Mangalore segment from the beginning.

Nagesh was known for his simple personality and popular concern in the media and with everyone. Padu was also active in many social organizations in Kallachil.

He is the son of Padu, Kallachil Babu-Lakshmi couple, He survived mother, four sisters, one brother, wife and daughter.

He had recently worked in the Mangalore area for a widespread dengue. He was admitted Yepoya in Deralakatte, later admitted to the KMC after he was diagnosed with dengue. Nagesh, who has been in intensive care unit for five consecutive days, died on Sunday night.
