Mangalore: Bunder Police on Friday, September 26 have arrested two persons of an investors company for duping hundreds of investors and agents by not returning the money.

The arrested are identified as Jeevraj Puranik, a resident of Sultan Battery and Roshan D’Souza from Kodikal who are the directors of Vruksha Business Solutions on KS Rao Road. While the Third director Venugopal is said to be absconding. The duo was arrested from BC Road in Bantwal.

The arrests were made as per the complaint filed by large number of investors and agents for failing to pay back the amount collected by the customers assuring to return back with high interest rates. The directors have said to have duped hundreds of customers with crores of Rupees.

The arrested have been remanded in judicial custody. Further investigations are on.
