Kundapura: A bus rammed into a bike on January 6 on NH-66 Tallur, Kundapura. Killing the bike rider on spot.

The deceased has been identified as Ravindra Acharya, aged 36, a resident of Nerlakatte.

Ravindra was the son of Laxman Acharya and was working in a wood industry in Hemmady.

On Saturday morning, Ravindra was riding from Kundapura towards his work place when a private bus lost control and collided right into Ravindra’s bike. The accident ended up killing Ravindra on spot.

Kundapura police took the bus driver into custody and a case has been registered.

Ravindra is survived by his wife and a child.
