Kundapur: A bus plying from Theerthahalli to Kundapur overturned and resulted into injury of 14 people, on Friday at Megaravalli bridge.

A care which was travelling from Kundapur to Teerthahalli hit the rear tyre of the bus, which caused breaking of bus housing. Bus overturned due to this. 14 passengers out 19 in the bus were injured due to the accident.

Three people in the car also managed to escape with minor injuries.
Bus driver Vasuki Prasad, Nagaraj, Giriyamma, Prabhavati, Sudhakar, Chandramati, Kalavati, Khthijaabi, Wasim, Umesh and Teekappa are the injured bus passengers.

Agumbe police have registered a case.
