Mangalore : BY Raghavendra, Shimoga MP and son of former CM BS Yeddyurappa, has said that the Byndoor constituency which comes under his parliamentary constituency limits has witnessed great progress owing to the several grants sanctioned by him in his capacity as MP.
Speaking to reporters during his visit to Byndoor to campaign for the KJP candidate, Raghavendra said several developmental projects had been initiated in the constituency during the chief ministership of Yeddyurappa. Even the Kollur railway station was then sanctioned he informed
Stating that he continues to be the BJP MP, Raghavendra however said he mentally belonged to the KJP and will work for the victory of the KJP. He also spoke on the various welfare programmes initiated by his father.
Raghavendra visited several places within Byndoor constituency and campaigned for the KJP candidate. Leader, Ashok Kumar Shetty, KJP candidate, Navinchandra Shetty, and several others were accompanied him.
