Mangaluru: Kollegala taluk Tahshildar C Mahadevaiah took charge as new Tahashildar of Mangaluru taluk from outgoing Tahashildar R B Shivashankar, on Friday.

Speaking to Mega Media News C Mahadevaiah said that 94c and 94cc applications will be simplified and once in a week public meetings will be held to discuss the issues related to the taluk office.

“Computerised RTC will be given to those people who haven’t got computerised RTC since 2006. As per the directions of Revenue Minister ‘Kandaya Adalat and Podi Land Account’ will be simplified. Applications of caste and income certificate will be sorted out in one or two days,” he said.

He further said that GP and town panchayat officials will collect the property and income details from the public and that will be computerised. So, the people will get faster and credible information as soon as possible.
