Bangalore:  Mining baron Janardhan Reddy would continue to remain behind bars as the CBI Court has dismissed his bail plea in connection with the AMC and Deccan Mining irregularities, even on May 30, Wednesday.

The CBI had earlier field an objection to the bail plea of Janardhan Reddy in connection with the case. Meanwhile, the CBI has filed additional charge sheet against Reddy on May 30 and even pleaded that he should not be granted bail in this case and also pleaded for a stay to the bail granted by the Andhra Pradesh CBI court in connection with the OMC case.
