Mangaluru : The CCB police have arrested a peroson on charges of fake documents making and selling them to the public for money.

Bernard Roshan Mescarenus (41), a resident of Rutuvilla, near Infant Mary Church, Bajjodi, Bikarnakatte is the accused.

He is running a “Help Line Mangalore” at Vishwas Crown Apartment on Kankanady-Pumpwell Road, Mangaluru, to sell fake documents like Aadhaar cards, ration cards, number certificates, birth certificates, etc.

On receiving information about cheating the public the Mangaluru CCB Police raided the apartment where fake documents were being created.

The investigation of this case has been carried out by the officers and staff of the CCB unit under the guidance of Anupam Agarwal, city commissioner of police.
