Mangalore : A cement mixer truck met with an accident near Natekal in the outskirts of Mangalore on May 30 early morning. It is said the mishap took place when the driver was negotiating a curve.

He lost control over the vehicle and the vehicle turned turtle. Though the truck was badly mangled, the driver luckily sustained only minor injuries. The vehicle was on way to Infosys at Konaje from Mangalore.

Konaje police are investigating.

In another accident, a  truck  was stuck in the gap between two roads near Kallaup in Thokkottu  onMay 30. Water had filled in the gap, resulting in the mishap.
