Bangalore: The Common Entrance Test for medical and engineering students will be conducted in Bangalore on April 27 and 28, the minister of higher education, Dr.V.S.Acharya announced today.
Biology on April 27 morning at 10-30am, Mathematics at 2-30pm, Physics on April 28 morning and Chemistry exams will be conducted in the afternoon, he said.
Outside students and border districts candidates will have Kannada exams., in the morning (11to12 noon) and afternoon (1m to 2pm) on April 26 respectively.
CET training classes will be conducted through Bangalore TV channels for rural and city students for 6 weeks, the minister added. Results will be out on May 25.
Counseling stars on June 2 for college seats in 7districts. CET applications can br had and presented dully filled out from March5 to April 5. Application fees for common category is Rs650 and for SC/ST it is Rs500, he said.
