Vittal : A chariot shows us the path of life. We should consider our body as a chariot and   take it forward by controlling our Panchendriyas through the  rope that pulls the chariot,said Sri Gurudevananda Swamiji of Sri Kshetra Odiyoor.

He was speaking at a Dharma Sabha arranged at Sri Gurudeva Datta Samsthana at Odiyoor on February 20, Wednesday as part of the Rathotsava of Sri Kshetra Odiyoor after  inaugurating the silver jubilee of Shree Samsthan.

It is a tragedy that confusions are created in the society by the educated themselves, the seer said adding  ignorance about dharma is  predominant, he said  the Kshetra would in the days to come organize a programme called Tulu Ratha Oyipuga, with the co-operation of the Tulu Academy.

Sadhwi Sri Matandamayi blessed the occasion.

The 11th edition of Hanuman Chalisa by Anand Hegde Mumbai was released by Krishnaprasad Madtila, President of the Kukke Subrahmanya Temple Management Committee.
