Mangalore : IGP (western range) Alok Mohan inaugurated the student council at College auditorium at  Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Law College on August 25, Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, he urged them to work for social development.

Dr. Tharanath, the staff advisor, administered oath to the new office bearers. H. R. Deshpande, the principal district and sessions judge, delivered the presidential address.

Meera Nambiar, the president of the students’ council, delivered the welcome address. Rakshitha Arasa, the joint secretary, read the messages. Secretary Aurelia Jessica Menezes delivered the vote of thanks. Greeshma Rai was the MC.
