Mangalore : City Hospital Research and Diagnostic Centre of Mangalore celebrated its silver jubilee  on November 10. A function was held in this connection at the T V Raman Pai Convention Centre

Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas M Veerappa Moily, who was the chief guest lauded the health care facilities provided by City Hospital and said it has been able to provide the best of medical facilities at affordable cost to the people.

N Vinay Hegde, Chancellor  of  Nitte University, presided over the function. Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP,  Dr Bhaskar Shetty, Managing Director, City Hospital, Dr Roshan Shetty and Dr Rohan Shetty, Directors were present on the dais.

The Hospital’s new endoscopic treatment unit was  inaugurated on this occasion by  Veerappa Moily.
