Mangalore : After the months of rest, the controversial ‘Civic Tiger’ of the Mangalore City Corporation once again came into action on October 17, Friday.

The MCC officials again conducted a surprise raid near the Central Market and Kankanady markets to clear the footpaths encroached by the street vendors and carried all the goods seized during the eviction drive.

It is learnt that, the officials conducted the raid followed by several complaints from public.

MCC inspectors Vasanth and Umesh conducted a raid operation.
