Bangalore : Karnataka Lokayukta Police gave a clean chit to Home Minister R Ashok by filing ‘B’ Form in the Lokayukta Court in connection with a private complaint on denotification charges.
Judge N Sudhindra Rao called for objection, if any, by the complainant and posted further hearing to January 6.
Former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa was also made as accused by complainant Jaykumar Hiremath accusing Mr Yeddyurappa and Mr Ashok of entering into a conspiracy to de-notify lands at Lottegollahalli in RMV Extension years after Mr Ashok got the same sites registered in his name when the property was still in the possession of the government.
The said property in survey number 10/1 and 10/11F in Lottegollahalli was acquired in 1978 for the creation of Raj Mahal Vilas Layout.
Mr Ashok allegedly bought the properties and registered them in his name in 2003, 2007 and in 2009 de-notified nine guntas and 14 guntas with the help of Mr Yeddyurappa who was the then Chief Minister, the complainant added.
