Mangalore: MLA U. T. Khader, said that the state government funds sanctioned for DK’s development work are illegally diverted to CM Yeddyurappa’s hometown Shimoga.
Speaking at the press meet held at District Congress office on July 25, Monday he said that all development projects launched in DK have stopped due to the state government’s failure to pay Rs. 32 crore.
Recalling the contracts statement, he said that Radhkrishna Nayak, the president of the PWD Contractors Association, who has undertaken Rs. 100 crore projects in various parts of DK, have stopped their work till the bills were paid.
Khader said that even national president of the BJP Nithin Gadkari, must also resign for supporting the most corrupt government of Karnataka.
