Mangalore : Newly elected BJP led State Government Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda is expected to visit Mangalore on August 13, Saturday or if missed he will visit after August 15, said BJP District president Padmanabha Kottary.
Speaking at the press meet held at District BJP office on August 10, Wednesday, he said that the District BJP will hold a felicitation programme for CM DV Sadananda Gowda at Sanghanikethan but the date is yet to be fixed.
Condemning the statement given by Bantwal Congress MLA Ramanath Rai, he said that the congress leaders were very happy when former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa resigned from the post, but when DVS took swearing ceremony many congress leaders congratulated it, but Ramanath Rai criticized him and District BJP condemn this, he said.
He also said that Delhi chief minister Sheila Dixit who is involved in the CAG report on CWG-related projects must resign from the post.
ZP president Shailaja KT, Taluk Panchayath president Bhavya Poojary and Nithin Kumar, president of KFDC were present.
