Mangaluru: “CM Siddaramaiah will present award to those people who will speak against me,” said former union minister Janardhan Poojary.

Addressing the press personnel on Thursday at Mangaluru Press Club, he said that MUDA Chairman’s term is ending soon; he is speaking against me with the hope of extending his term.

“CM’s media secretary Dinesh Amin Mattu has got the opportunity to sit behind CM, after he spoke against me. Before that CM had kept him away from him. It is the award presented by the Chief Minister, for those who speak against me,” he said.

He further said that he had warned the government when the government has taken wrong steps. He has also praised the government when the government did something good.

Dinesh Gundu Rao should apologise.

KPCC working President Dinesh Gundu Rao has no rights to keep me out of the party. He should apologise for his statements which were made against me.

“My age is equal to Dinesh Gundu Rao’s father’s age. I speak only for the survival of the Congress party. I am not against the party. He is acting like he has taken all the responsibilities of world on him, after becoming the KPCC working President. Only Sonia Gandhi can expel me from the party,” he added.
