Mangalore: The man who said ‘I am the CM I will be CM till next elections” is in soup now, with a former Suratkal MLA(Congress) telling from housetops on Wednesday, March 14, that DV Sadananda Gowda had built a Commercial Complex in city Balmatta occupying a part of the Public road used by local people to go across. The MCC has omitted the deviation in the completion certificate.

Addressing pressmen at Kottara Chowki on the outskirts of city today, Vijay said Gowda had committed a public fraud by building a complex on a part of public road. He was backed by locals, who concurred with him.

The CDP has shown the public road in its plan and is guilty of shutting its eyes, to this gross mistake of CM Gowda.

He challenged any engineer to carry out an independent survey even under suspicion, about the allegations made.

The engineer would only find that legal violation had taken place.

Vijay K. Shetty added that with more evidence, he would file a complaint with Lokayukta, against DVS Gowda for his huge deviation and encroachment on land.

MCC gave the project licence to Gowda.
