Udupi : Shobha Karandlaje, BJP candidate for the LS polls from Udupi-Chikmagalur constituency urged CM Siddaramaiah to resign from the post, if he fails to provide sufficient electricity.

Speaking to the media, she said that CM’s remarks against her without giving the proper facts and figures are condemned. Instead of hurling allegations against her, CM must make a study on power generation and distribution and the additional wattage developed during the BJP rule in the state.

Shobha also said that before blaming with the false details, CM must check the relevant documents, which are available with the concerned departments and compare the measure of power generated during the BJP tenure and the present Congress government.

She also said that the lack of cordiality between the Energy Minister and CM will put public in trouble, hence it must be avoid and must stay away from the dirty politics played by the present government.
