Mangalore : A coconut tree fell on a house located near Billava Sangha Bhavan in Sultan Battery Road on the wee hours on June 14, Friday.

The house belongs to Praveen, painter by profession. The incident has occurred at 3 am damaging the roof of whole house. Along with Praveen, his wife, children and uncle reside in the same house.

Since it is a rainy season, the rain water directly comes inside the house hence it must be repaired as soon as possible.

He also said that the local corporator have visited the house and examined the damages.
