Mangalore : The college students and youth in general need to know clearly about various crimes and punishments attached to these crimes. Accordingly the Pandeshwar police held a training programme for educated youth in Colleges at the Superintendent’s office today morning (July 22).

Over 75 students from Rosario College participated in this novel programme, which is even denied to Law Colleges all those years. The participants of today received first – hand ideas about various crimes from the arms of law in the coastal city. Police Inspector Tilak Chandra gave an hour’s training to the eager and hungry students on the issue of crimes in society and how the police personnel deal with a variety of crimes.
