Udupi: In a tragic incident, a 19 year old youth Pramod met a watery grave in the Madhwa Sarovar of Krishna Mutt on July 11,Thursday.

The incident took place when Pramod was swimming as usual after his classes. It is learnt, Pramod died of a massive heart attack when he was terrified after his leg hit a pipe of the fountain in the lake.

A second B.Com student of Poorna Prajna College, Pramod resided in the Sode Mutt hostel.
