Bantwal : The students of a College in city association with the ABVP, staged a protest in front of college on August 27, Wednesday against the ill behavior of the college administration.

Addressing at the protest, students demanded suspension or transfer of Vice Principal Dr Chinnagiri Gowda and lecturer Tejaswini since they have been mentally torturing the students.

They also said that, personal rivalry and cold fight among the college administration and the Lecturers of the college from last few days have put the students in trouble. The lecturers are also not taking the classes even as exams are near, spoiling students future.

Students also criticized the lectures strange behaviour of throwing their bags and tearing their books for silly mistakes. They even called a student named Jithesh, a goonda for joining protest along with a student’s organization recently.

Students said that even after informing the Principal about the behaviour of lecturers, he failed to respond in any way. Hence staging protest was necessary.

Parents of the students also participated in the protest.
